Gerhard Tevini Gesellschaft m.b.H.
Flugplatzstraße 34

(hereinafter “Tevini” or “We”)
- Data Security
We secure our websites and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration, or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons.
In connection with access to our websites, technical data that may allow identification (e.g. IP address) is temporarily stored on our servers for purposes of data and system security, generally for no longer than 30 days.
The processing of this data for purposes of data and system security is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in securing our systems and preventing misuse.
- Principles of Data Security
Personal data is processed only for the period required to achieve the respective storage purpose, or as provided for by laws or regulations applicable to us, e.g. commercial or tax law retention obligations of up to seven years.
If a storage purpose ceases to apply (e.g. in the case of unsubscribing from our newsletter service) or a legally prescribed retention period expires, the relevant personal data is routinely deleted in accordance with legal provisions, or its processing is restricted, e.g. limited processing within the scope of commercial or tax law retention obligations.
The processing of personal data on the basis of a legal obligation, such as the fulfillment of statutory retention obligations, is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR.
Insofar as personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in preserving evidence, these processing purposes cease to apply upon expiry of the statutory limitation periods. The regular statutory limitation period is three years. The legal basis for any anonymization carried out is likewise Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in maintaining and optimizing our services.
- Disclosure of Personal Data
Customer data is disclosed only if this is absolutely necessary for the purpose of providing the services or fulfilling the purpose pursued by the collection and storage, if you have previously consented, or if another legal basis applies.
Data may be disclosed to the following categories of third parties:
- external service providers, e.g. IT service providers, postal service providers, banks, payment service providers, and accounting services.
Detailed information on the disclosure of personal data can be found in the respective provisions relating to the services we offer (points 3.2, 3.3, 4.2, and 5.2).
Our external service providers have been obligated to protect your personal data and may only process your personal data if they have an appropriate legal basis or on the basis of a data processing agreement.
We are required to disclose your personal data to competent government authorities (e.g. tax authorities) or to courts if the disclosure is (i) required under applicable law or regulations, or (ii) necessary to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

- Statistics, Web Analysis, Marketing, Personalization
For purposes of advertising, market research, and designing our online offering to meet demand, we create pseudonymized usage profiles based on your use of our website.
Further information on this, in particular on the use of cookies and similar technologies, can be found in the following points 2.3 to 2.7.
- Cookies
This website uses “cookies” to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
A “cookie” is a small text file that we transmit via our web server to the cookie file of the browser on your computer’s hard drive. This enables our website to recognize you as a user when a connection is established between our web server and your browser. Cookies help us determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website.
The content of the cookies we use is limited to an identification number, which no longer allows the user to be personally identified. The main purpose of a cookie is to recognize visitors to the website.
Two types of cookies are used on this website:
- Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in your browser’s cookie file until you leave our website and are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.
- Persistent cookies: For better user-friendliness, cookies remain stored on your device and allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies on a case-by-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
We use various web analysis and online marketing services to make our overall online offering more user-friendly and attractive. Insofar as personal data is processed within the scope of these services, this is done, depending on the service, either on the basis of Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR, whereby the design of a user-friendly and attractive website offering forms the basis of our legitimate interests, or on the basis of explicitly obtained consent (Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR) for the data processing.
You can object to data processing based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR at any time; you can revoke consent already given at any time with future effect.
Revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. To do so, please use our cookie settings, which you can find here. Please note that, for technical reasons, managing your cookie settings only applies to the internet browser you are currently using, and you must manage the corresponding settings separately on other devices or when using different browsers. Below you will find a more detailed description of the individual services.
